With the rapid development in Malaysia, managing a construction project can be quite challenging and the need for construction management professionals has been on the rise.

Who should take this programme?
If the idea of planning and implementing a complete construction project appeals to you, then a career in construction management is definitely an option that you should consider. You will be involved throughout the whole development process. You will be overseeing all phases of transforming nothing to something.

Construction is not only limited to buildings but also infrastructure such as roads, bridges, airport and so on.

What will I learn?

Construction management is a blend between technology and management. Students will be exposed to the hard skills and soft skills. Site visits are an important part of the programme so that students get a clear picture of what they learn in class.

What should I expect?
This three-year programme covers both office and field work in order to master the many facets and understand the complexities of the various stages in construction projects. In addition to that, the operation must be profitable. IUKL’s close links with the construction industry ensure that what you learn is relevant to your future career.
