Pastry chefs are in charge of the baking aspect of kitchens and restaurants, delivering cakes, breads, and any bread based components to meals. Pastry chefs work with a team of bakers and cooks to prepare, bake and decorate their food, and must keep their team organized, stocked and motivated.

Moreover, the course has been designed to emphasize training on the basics of practical more than theory. Students whom have successfully completed the course will be awarded Diploma in Food and Beverage, recognized by the Ministry of Human Resource.

It's a multidisciplinary field that prepares people with the interest, experience, and training for management positions in the food, accommodations, and tourism industry. Tourism management might also include the enterprises, associations, and public authorities that market tourism services to potential travelers.
