Cosmetics comprise a range of products that are used to care for the face and body or to enhance or change the appearance of the face or body. The products include skin care, personal care, cosmetics and fragrance. There is a vast array of cosmetics available, ranging from shampoo to moisturizer to lipstick.

The programme trains the students according to recognized international standards in customer service. Moreover, the course has been designed to emphasize training on the basics of practical more than theory. Students whom have successfully completed the course will be awarded Diploma in Food and Beverage, recognized by the Ministry of Human Resource.

Pastry chefs are in charge of the baking aspect of kitchens and restaurants, delivering cakes, breads, and any bread based components to meals. Pastry chefs work with a team of bakers and cooks to prepare, bake and decorate their food, and must keep their team organized, stocked and motivated.

The hospitality industry encompasses a diversity of fields within the service industry, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, event planning, theme parks and others from the tourism industry. Hospitality Management not only concerns accommodation and food and beverage services, but it also covers areas like meetings and events, gaming, entertainment and recreation, tourism services and visitor information.
