🍽️ Kursus Kemahiran Kulinari "Diploma in Professional Cookery" yang ditawarkan oleh VTCA adalah berbeza dengan kolej lain.
🍽️ 2 Bulan latihan asas intensif sepenuh masa (350 jam kredit).
🍽️ 15 Bulan latihan industri di restoran dengan Elaun. Pelajar dikehendaki balik ke kolej 2 kali sebulan untuk menghabiskan bakinya 150 jam kredit.
🍽️ Selepas 17 Bulan, pelajar akan memperolehi Sijil Diploma in Professional Cookery dari VTCT, UK.
