This programme provides you with a balance of technical and creative thinking courses, focusing on the application of Information Technology (IT) as it is used in the real world. It is designed to enable you to effectively deal with IT components that have become an integral part of today’s increasingly complex business environment. 

This programme stresses on skills development in the technical areas of computer hardware and software architecture, including the design of technological information and computing systems, as solutions to business support needs. 

Upon graduation, you will be accomplished in the requirements of IT design and development strategies and be well prepared to face the constraints and technological challenges which face most organisations.

  • STPM or equivalent - 2Cs AND a credit in SPM Mathematics
  • UEC - 5Bs including Mathematics
  • Foundation / Matriculation -  CGPA 2.00 AND a credit in SPM Mathematics
  • Diploma in a related field -  CGPA 2.50 AND a credit in SPM Mathematics  

English Language Requirements
(for international students)*
  • IELTS - 5.0
  • TOEFL - 410 (PBT)/34 (iBT)
  • Pearson - 36
  • MUET - 3

*International students with qualifications from educational systems where English language is the main medium of instruction are exempted from this requirement.

International students who do not fulfil the English Language Requirements may join the Intensive English Programme at Nilai University which builds their skills in the language and prepares them for the TOEFL examination
