SPM /O-Level or its equivalent
Pass with a minimum of Grade C in at least three (3) subjects, inclusive of English; OR

STPM or its equivalent
Pass with a minimum of Grade C (GP2.00) in one (1) subjects AND a minimum of Grade C in English at SPM Level or its equivalent; OR

STAM
Pass with a minimum Grade of Maqbul (Pass) AND a minimum of Grade C in English at SPM Level or its equivalent; OR

UEC
Pass with a minimum of Grade B in at least three (3) subjects and a Pass in English; OR

Certificate 
Pass in related field from a recognized institution AND a minimum of Grade C in English at SPM Level or its equivalent.
